HOUSE ORLANDOVTSI

This modern single-family house is located in northern part of Sofia, in Orlandovtsi district. The architecture is simple and well balanced between contemporary design and the full functionality required by the owner. The project offers linear forms, in order to achieve good living conditions – to combine work and recreation in one house in a fast growing area. Wood, glass and white plaster are the main materials used in the exterior. The house offers simple entrance area with a big living room, combined with kitchen and wonderful staircase to the second floor. All bedrooms are located on the second floor.
